Our customer satisfaction policy: We know that you had many other options when you chose Short Term to make your purchase. We appreciate and thank you for your business and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products or services we have provided, please let us know, so we may offer an appropriate remedy.

It is our intent to provide the finest product and services. In order to serve you better, we want to inform you of the following terms and conditions are applicable to purchases from Short Term Plant Rental, Inc.

Terms, Conditions and Warranty
Ordering product from Short Term via fax, e-mail or one of our secure online order forms constitutes an agreement to our terms, conditions and warranty. Purchases from Short Term under these terms shall be considered a binding contract and Short Term shall be obligated to nothing other than the terms described herein.

Cancellations: To cancel an order, you must first contact us more than seven (7) days prior to the start of the subject event, preferrably by telephone and otherwise via e-mail.

Liability: Short Term shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any merchandise we provide. Short Term shall not be held liable for any damages that may occur due to non-delivery or non-availability of any of our products.

Availability and Description: Products listed are subject to availability. Typos may occur. Please e-mail, call or fax to resolve questions regarding product description, availability and pricing. Discounts may apply on quantity purchases.

Taxes: All product is delivered to and setup at the exhibit site by Short Term personnel. The applicable Sales Tax rate for the locality of the exhibit will be applied to each purchase.
